We are the Employer of the Year 2025. And we’re not stopping here
We are very pleased that Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech regularly ranks among the top companies in the Employer of the Year competition, both in the Moravian Silesian Region and in nationwide categories. We have received this award every year since 2020, and for the years 2013 to 2022 we were also honoured with the title Employer of the Decade.

We see this award not only as a recognition, but also as motivation to keep improving and to take our company culture even further.

Our strategy remains unchanged. It is long term and built on fairness, stability and a clear direction.

Every year, we increase wages in line with the collective agreement and expand our benefits package. We support employees on work anniversaries, recognise teams and individuals and encourage people who come up with good ideas.
🦺 Safety first
A safe working environment is essential. We regularly invest in prevention, training and modern working practices. Thanks to this approach, HMMC can rely on teams that work professionally and safely and achieve results such as 500 days without an injury in the press shop.
🌱 Development and growth
Education is another key pillar. Every year, we train thousands of employees from both production and office roles and support their professional development.
International experience is also part of this journey. Our employees regularly travel to South Korea, where they gain insight into new technologies and the production of future Hyundai models.
🗣️ Open communication
We care about people having clear and timely information. Management regularly shares news, strategy and important changes. Employees provide feedback both in person and through our internal communication app, and we use this input to improve the working environment, production and processes.
🏞️ A workplace where people feel good
We renovate offices and relaxation zones, modernise social facilities and make sure that workplaces are clean, functional and pleasant.
Health and ergonomics are closely linked to this. We adapt workplaces to make work safer and more comfortable.

Our physiotherapists sometimes visit production halls directly and help employees on the spot. We also offer free preventive rehabilitation, consultations with a company psychologist and coach, and during more demanding periods, we arrange vaccinations as well.
