The beginning of 2023 brought a big change. We opened our offices after a complete renovation.
Our goal was to create a modern, welcoming space where people enjoy both working and meeting one another.
We divided the original space into several functional zones that can be used depending on what we need at the moment.

🌞 More light, more space, more options
The new offices are brighter, more open, and easier to navigate. Everyone has an adjustable desk that can be set exactly to their needs—for both sitting and standing work.
We also created soundproof areas for private calls, so having a quiet work conversation is no longer a problem.
And of course, our popular “compartments” are still here. These smaller spaces include single standing booths for quick calls and four‑person cabins designed for short, private meetings.

☕ The kitchen as the heart of the office
Naturally, we didn’t forget the kitchen. It’s a place where work and everyday life meet.
From work topics to everyday conversations—sometimes more gets solved here over a cup of coffee than in a formal meeting. 😉

In the past, the kitchen could fit a maximum of five people, and you could hear everything across the entire open space.
Today, we can enjoy our coffee in peace, away from the work area, without disturbing anyone.
🔧 Improvements beyond the main offices
The renovation doesn’t stop with the administrative building. We are also modernizing other areas where our specialists work.
Our production employees have also seen major improvements, especially in rest areas, so they now have a place to eat and recharge during their shifts.
We are continuously upgrading facilities such as changing rooms and showers as well.

🧘♀️ How the new environment impacts our work
The change is noticeable right away. More light and more space make a real difference. The overall atmosphere feels calmer and more natural.
To support healthy work habits in the long term, physiotherapists from our Health Centre visit us regularly. They help with desk adjustments, proper sitting and standing, and provide advice on using ergonomic equipment and costs that are covered by the company.
These may seem like small things, but over time, they make a big difference.
