For professional positions, we pay a bonus in relation to the evaluation of objectives, which takes place every six months. Depending on your performance, you can earn up to 90 % extra of your salary 2 times a year.

Colleagues in production positions receive bonuses for performance reviews on a quarterly basis of up to CZK 10,925.

Bonus for weekend overtime


For working at night or overtime, we will give you extra pay above the legal limit. In case of overtime at the weekend, we will give you an extra CZK 1,000 in addition to the extra pay.
