Head of department

We manufacture the best quality vehicles in the European market, thus minimizing quality failure costs. We have achieved this result due to consistent implementation of quality control and verification system.

Sections Roles and Responsibilities
Welding Quality
  • Quality control of incoming parts (patrol)
  • Quality management of parts from stamping shop
  • Inspection of final body on final line
  • Measurement of body geometry with three-coordinate measurement system
  • Regular quality testing of welds using pull out test
Paint Quality
  • Laboratory tests of incoming materials (varnish, sealer, wax, etc.)
  • Verification of anticorrosive body layer
  • Inspection of painted body surface (marking of unacceptable defects to be repaired)
  • Defect analysis of painted body surface and identification of root cause
  • Inspection of colour compliance of all painted parts and body
Assembly Quality
  • Static inspection of quality of assembled vehicle (specification, visual defects)
  • Dynamic inspection of assembly quality (brake dynamic test, testing track)
  • Vehicle diagnostic inspection (electric test, functionality of vehicle systems)
  • Regular (patrol) inspection of critical connection points and equipment verification
  • Investigation of issues and verification of implemented preventive measures
Part Quality
  • Approval of quality plans for new parts
  • Regular inspections
  • Check of supplier quality
  • Investigation of problematic parts and implementation of preventive measures
Transmission Quality
  • Testing and evaluation of transmission operation – optimization of noise level and lifetime, part specification
  • Measurement of transmission properties
  • Regular inspection of critical processes and verification of equipment
  • Investigation of issues and verification of implemented preventive measures
Advanced Quality Development
  • Analyzes in detail the chronic problems and prepare improvements.
  • Communicates with R & D specialists and provides them with maximum support for HMMC investigations.
  • Regularly reports and shares information with other departments.
  • Is actively involved in the preparation of new projects within CFT teams.
