- Quality control of incoming parts (patrol)
- Quality management of parts from stamping shop
- Inspection of final body on final line
- Measurement of body geometry with three-coordinate measurement system
- Regular quality testing of welds using pull out test

Paint Quality |
- Laboratory tests of incoming materials (varnish, sealer, wax, etc.)
- Verification of anticorrosive body layer
- Inspection of painted body surface (marking of unacceptable defects to be repaired)
- Defect analysis of painted body surface and identification of root cause
- Inspection of colour compliance of all painted parts and body

Assembly Quality |
- Static inspection of quality of assembled vehicle (specification, visual defects)
- Dynamic inspection of assembly quality (brake dynamic test, testing track)
- Vehicle diagnostic inspection (electric test, functionality of vehicle systems)
- Regular (patrol) inspection of critical connection points and equipment verification
- Investigation of issues and verification of implemented preventive measures

Part Quality |
- Approval of quality plans for new parts
- Regular inspections
- Check of supplier quality
- Investigation of problematic parts and implementation of preventive measures

Transmission Quality |
- Testing and evaluation of transmission operation – optimization of noise level and lifetime, part specification
- Measurement of transmission properties
- Regular inspection of critical processes and verification of equipment
- Investigation of issues and verification of implemented preventive measures

Advanced Quality Development |
- Analyzes in detail the chronic problems and prepare improvements.
- Communicates with R & D specialists and provides them with maximum support for HMMC investigations.
- Regularly reports and shares information with other departments.
- Is actively involved in the preparation of new projects within CFT teams.
