Our objective is customer satisfaction, prompt and efficient support as well as prevention of quality issues. Quality assurance staff is the last safeguard of our quality.

Quality Improvement	Quality improvement of troubled parts and field cars Processing of QIR/QIS/IQI Prevention of quality problems Testing of quality of finished vehicles and in production vehicles
Quality Information	Processing of claims and compensations GQMS administration Processing of analyses and claim statistics
